Regarding conveying IP related info in DVB-RCS

Hi all,
  For those who are familiar with the DVB-RCS ETSI standard, I find a 
distinct lack of information about conveying IP related configuration (IP 
address, subnet mask, QoS parameters, unicast, multicast routes) etc., from 
the NCC network to the RCSTs.  There are no descriptive tables defined in 
the standard, except one (which is not detailed).
 Is SNMP, the only way to do this?
