Hi Gorry et al.

The charter text is good. A couple of improvements would be...

1. I had the impression the focus on unicast was as important as multicast so this text is a little misleading: "Specific properties of this subnetwork technology include multicast-capability..."

2. Due to the added text ("appropriate standards..." after the IETF58 meeting discussion), the following sentence is a discontected: "The standards will be appropriate to both encapsulation methods." Changing to "The standards will support both MPE and any alternative encapsulation method developed."
