MPE encapsulation

hi,

i'm nurul doing project on IP over DVB-s Encapsulator. currently i've 
been doing a project on MPE encapsulation. i have problems with the
receiving part. my tcpdump doesn't have any output. 

i used dvbsnoop to check on the packets. and the dvbsnoop shows some
output.which i think that the packets that i sent must have reach to the
receiving machine, but somehow the packets don't seems to reach to
certain level, cause by some error.correct me if i'm wrong.

could anyone suggest or tell me which part i have to check on? 

i'm using WinTV Nova DVB receiver if this info needed.
