We are glad to tell you that a new revision of the draft concerning the IP over DVB-S2 encapsulation issues is already online at:
The document has matured significantly thanks to your comments and remarks, and to the guidance of Gorry.
We warmly welcome those who have not read it to look at it, since intense and important discussions are going on at this precise moment at the DVB concerning the new encapsulation discussed in the draft.
There still are many open issues, in particular related to the QoS mapping over S2's link layer or the possible integration of application-level information on the scheduling algorithm.
