The WG Draft draft-ietf-ipdvb-ar-06.txt has now been published as

RFC 4947. I believe the final document is a useful reference for anyonewishing to use DVB links for IP services. The authors would like to takethis opportunity to thank all who contributed - directly or indirectlyto this document.
