According to naming conventions, the first version that is officially published by the IETF should be named something like:
draft-wan-ipdvb-rohc-00.txt (i.e. draft- followed by first author, followed by WG followed by title)The format of the draft would have passed the ID-Submission process and have been published except for the pre-IETF meeting cut-off.
I think this should therefore be uploaded as soon as the archives re-open - but it would be good to get feedback from people on the current text. I will also send some comments on the draft soon,
